As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining your trust and ensuring the highest standards of security, we are updating the list of subprocessors that support the services you receive. Please note that not all subprocessors handle data relevant to your specific services.

New subprocessors include:
Amplitude: User analytics and tracking for internal performance insights
Segment: Customer data platform for operational reporting
Snowflake: Data lake and analytics for aggregated operational metrics
Google: Infrastructure and analytics to support platform performance
Jira: Customer support and service management
Auth0: User authentication
Datadog: Infrastructure monitoring and operational analytics
Panther: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
OpenAI: Data processing within CloudBees Smart Tests and data analytics.

All subprocessors have been carefully vetted to meet CloudBees’ strict security and privacy standards, and contractual terms align with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The DPA and Privacy Policy have been updated, and our Trust Center reflects these changes.
